Topiary products are rather fragile in nature and most of returns can't be resold. Most returned products will discarded. It's your responsibility to order the right product.

Our prices are the lowest in the industry and we reserve the right to charge 50% restocking fee on all returns. RETURN REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOUR ORDER WAS RECEIVED. ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED VIA EMAIL!

Shipping charges will not be refunded. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING CHARGES ON OUR WEBSITE ARE FLAT CHARGES AND FOR THE MOST ARE LOWER THAN THE ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGE WE PAY TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER. ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY TO ALL RETURNS.

Large topiaries are shipped via Common Carrier. ALLOW 4 TO 6 WEEKS FOR LARGE TOPIARY PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY.
